16v injection to carbs - help please

Hi everybody

i have a kr 16v in my mk1 at the moment, well not in as i took it out today. its running on the standard injection and im looking into converting to carbs, ive been reading through some posts and ive gathered i need the ecu. my question is will the one in do? ive got all the wiring for a 16v already in, is it a case of plug and play?

im not that good with electrics as you might have gathered.

all you need is the green - and the 2 blacks + to the coil the 3 pin plug for the dizzy broun that earths to the block nnd the thick black that goes to earth on the battery. and a vacume pipe coming from the maifold to the side of the ecu for advance retard and thats it fella
