That looks like the Raceland manifold?
I'd be very suprised if it fitted to the standard exhaust with no modifications. Haven't heard of any that don't need a bit of jiggery pokery to link them together. Most of them come with a generic link section whick mounts to the main manifold aas shown above, which you can then adjust to fit to whatever system you already have, whether it be standard or larger bore.
I'm not knocking the hottuning manifold at all, still looks to be a good deal 8)

I had to use exhaust wrap as the manifold gets really close to the steering knuckle gaitor, but have had no problems with temps now. The wrap really seems to keep down underbonnet temps too, but I expect it may accelerate exhaust rot.

I got the raceland one and it didnt come an extra section. It came as pictured above and it is about a foot short of my existing exhaust which i will be replacing anyway. I just hope the new exhaust i choose to buy will be long enough.rossirvine said
Yup thats a raceland one, from what hot tuning have said it comes with a extra pipe not shown that mates up straight to the original pipework.

I'm using an old Ashley, it has previously rotted through, but welded it back together and jobs a good un. It came with generic kinked link section which I had modified (Added a flexi joint and put more of a bend in to make sure I cleared ARB easily).
End of the day as long as it gets the gas from A to B…

I forgot I had posted this to be honest ops:
There is a custom exhaust place near me that specialises in race and track cars but does many road cars too, i've seen the guys work and it can't be faulted!
He could do me a manifold but as i'm sure you all know quality custom fabrication doesn't come cheap!
So I think i'll get a Hottuning manifold then get the guy to create the rest of the system for me (?400 in stainless 8O ) as i've smoothed out the gap for the tailpipe and will be having a stealth backbox.
Thanks again

My dad had a full system done there a couple of years ago on his mondeo ST24 as it was only a few quid more than a standard replacement from ford! And it was made as an ST200 look alike which included cutting the extra hole in the bumper, it really was a 1st class job. Plus the guy, Kevin i think his name was, also fitted in an extra silencer FOC after letting my dad drive it for a week to see if he was happy with the sound! My younger brother also did work experience there.
Hope it's as good for you if you decide to use him. And I think I may be calling on you when I get to that stage mate 8) I'm still trying to work out what ignition system to use as I don't want to have to get into buying a KR ECU and loom :dontknow: So if you've got any recommendation there then i'm all ears!!
