13" alloys - what calipers can be used?
Saw a mk1 running audi calipers complete with 239mm discs, thought audi calipers and discs ran 256mm ??
What caliper options do I have? going to be about 200bhp so wanna make sure I can stop
any help / info appreciated.

These will be from an Audi 80 of 1981 to 1986 ish
Disks and Calipers are same part numbers according to an old GSF book as the Golf GTI Mk1 so same thing , looks good in a magazine i guess :dontknow:
If you need to run 13" wheels go the bigger master cylinder and larger servo route , i have and am impressed with the brakes now on my MK1 .
Cheap to do , please look at my last post on the link above as it gives all the details .

on here posted this and is using 239mm bits with…..
'I have Zimmermann drilled discs and Pagid Fast Road Pads and they are very good. Don't really need to be warmed up much like people say and bite really well. Not had any fade yet!'

I go the route you say then, been looking for ages for audi calpiers to! I guess a set of braided hoses will also help.
