1.8t mounts

took delivery of my new engine 2day. was wondering where others have purchused thier mounts for the 1.8t engine conversion, iv found the ones on the caddy forum,but they are out of stock at the moment, i dont know of any other places that sell them and im not up for custom making all of the mounts,im using a o2a gearbox btw. many thanks

as for the g/box mounts, i dont know anywhere else to get them from apart from the caddy forum.

just been looking at the mount,found that they do g/box ones aswell but dont look the strongest in my opinion, im goin to email the bloke selling them off the caddy forum and see if he has any left,found some g/box mounts on g werks website but there 375, and still need a drivers side mount.ill keep looking.

its a 02a cable change,the lumps out of a passat.been told theyll line up with each other.

drivers side mount will line up fine but you will need the gearbox mounts cuton jobbies

you will also need to chenge the inlet and exhaust manifolds if the engine is a passat one :wink:
