1.8gti supercharger

Hi I have a 1.8GTi 8v in a 1986 cabriolet and i was wondering if it is possible to fit a supercharger on it. If so witch would be the best way to go about it and what would be the best components to use?

I was thinking about this on the way home from work today, My plan was give G-werks a bell and pick their brain.

probably easier and cheaper just fitting a G60 block etc,all the hard works been done for you already.Fits straight in with no mods needed.Only need to run a live to the ecu,lamda and the fuel rail if i remember right.
