if using the original gearbnox you want a 210mm clutch kit to match the box, plus a 210mm flywheel. both items will be 020 type, the 1.8t clutch setup is completly different. I recommend sachs clutch kits, come with everything you need and good quality.

Use the matching clutch and flywheel from the 020 gearbox that was fitted to the old engine , the flywheel will bolt straight onto the 1.8t engine , good idea to use new bolts and if worn a new clutch kit

Yes mate same as GTi model . Don't go mad and the box will handle the increased power .

Just beware that a standard clutch will struggle to handle the power.  I goosed a new LUK 16v clutch in 1500 miles.  I'm sure there are uprated ones that will take the power, not sure which tho as I run an 02a box now.

We used a VR6 clutch and a lightened balanced 16v flywheel, its handling 285bhp just fine :)

VR6 clutch is a different design, its fine as an upgrade for 02A trans but not 020.
