1.3 carb options

hey pretty new to the site and to mk1s. ive had 4 mk2s but have just bought a 1980 1.3 driver as a bit of a project. just wondered what carbs are good replacments, am i right in thinking a 32/34 webber will fit if jetted correctly, i have had them on some of my mk2s and found they were brilliant compared to the origional item
