Buy new rubbers and refit your self = free + cost of seals.
All is easy except the screen.

People who say the screen is difficult don't take the time to properly peel back the seal and push it over the lip of the shell (from the inside, out) all of the way around the screen.
I have removed and refitted all of the glass on my Mk1 by myself on more than one occasion and have never damaged a seal or broken the glass.
