Which one do i go for?

Right I'm in a dilemma ive been looking around for an ABF engine and have now come across two and don't know which one to choose.

Number 1 is a friend of a friend who has an ibiza with 115,000 miles and take everything I want for 200quid

Or there is a member on here who has a 70,000 miles and would like 350 for the engine alone.

Are the ABF from the seat identical or did they make some changes.

Would like people opinions on what would be best and baring in mind I don't have a huge budget to spend.

Cheers Luke

First option sounds much better. There's tons more than just the engine required, so £200 is a bargain if you have free reign over the contents of the engine bay of an ABF-engined car!!!

number 1 sounds like a bargin if everything is included maybe you should do a quick rebuild just to freshen it up  :dontknow:

Go for number 1- you'll probably end up needing various bits of loom/ brackets etc which you may not be getting with option number 2…..an ABF is an ABF regardless of which car it comes out of i do believe!!
