and whether they would go straight on to a clipper?
I am looking for some new wheels and this fit looks perfect!

There is also a BBS RS wheel which is very similar but 3 piece split rim wheel, and slight different centre design
The come as 6j wide then you add different size lips to make wheel size
so for example standard they are 6j wide with 0.5 inch lips all round so 6.5 j all round.
im a running 2 inch lips at front and 3.5 inch lips on rear so 8j wide on front and 9.5j wide on rear
the above pic at a guess shows 8.5j rear wheel widths
Cheers
Rich

I don't want to but think I might have to go down the lenso bsx route? I'm still bit confused on size though.
I was thinking 15 x 7 with as my suspension is going to be quite low and am also thinking of stretching the tyres? But would a 16 x 7.5 front and 16 x 9.0 rear be better with a lower profile tyre? I have an 89 clipper so the arches are slightly wider with the kit but I don't want to go outside the arch too much?

just wanted to say thanks Richy for the wheel size and tyre advice. Went for 7's all round in the end, running a slight stretched tyre 165 x 55 x 15. It needs time to settle but no rubs at all at the mo! Maybe look into BBS next year if finances and wife allows! Even fits up our steep drive into the garage just with the exhaust pipe clamps slightly touching the drive! Now on to a new single headlight grill!
