Whats yours called?

I expect this topic has been done before but im interested.

I have a 89 Mk1 cab, a little beaten, has character and i love it. When toeing her home from the previous owner a name sprang to mind which stuck.

She is called "The Pig", all my friends know her has that, no one says how's the golf, always "How's The Pig?"

Whats yours called and if there is a reason for the name what is it?

my golf (not picked her up yet) is called Black Momma….

She is called that as she is Black, and she is a girl…

not my choice but commands some form of respect!!! muhahaha

my mk2was called arthur as he was from arthur prince!

Mine is black and shiny…and reminds me of the horay henry's in the late 80;s and early 90's…..so is called FLICK, short for Felicity a popular name for all female yuppies !!!  I have even put her name on the back….yes sad I know, but puts her aside and everyone calls her FLICK now….

mine is a black cabby too, but im not putting her name on the back!!

Probably a wise idea, considering !!

i tried to stick wiv summin similar to wot the reg was, my pug was H844GLE so i called it helga, my R5 was G46CLD so i called it clide as in bonnie and…
dunno wot to call my golf yet, reg is H871WYU all i can come up with is "how are you" or maybe holly but thats abit bland. suggestions?

BLUESTEEL - Its a driver thats is 'Bilkau Blue' ' name of one of the transformers! my flat mates call there cars the Black Pearl (a black clio) and Long John Silver (an estate 3 series)…

The Beast well that's what my daughter calls it, mind you over the last 2 weeks ive give that car a few names that would get me banned on here.
but all's forgiven now as its running OK and is taking me and Mrs A5OPY to All Types this weekend

Mines called "Jimmy" last part of the reg is GMY, flick5, cant help but see a rude word if you "i" a bit closer to the L, in FLICK, put a question mark after it even better  bit like the name CLINT if its spaced badly :wink:  

Mine's called Snowy for obvious reasons…

I don't think I've ever loved any car this much before, I'm considering some sort of marriage lol.  Maybe at 30 I should grow up and find a girlfriend…  One who really likes my Snowy tho…

I was going to name mine "The Strainer" because if you pronounce the first 3 letters of the number plate it sounds like that noise you make when your constipated! 8O

After speaking with the original owners though I found it already had a name "The Black Bullet" so I decided to keep that instead.
