It's a 2.0 built to full OEM Ottinger spec using all original parts. The dude who built this apparently lives across the pond in the warmer climates.

There is an amazing build thread for the car but it didn't seem right putting a link to a thread on another site.

A aftermarket tuning company called Oettinger designed and build a head and tuning kit for the golf. The 1600 were putting out around over 140 bhp the later did a 2000 version with even more torque and bhp.

They also did a 20v turbo long before the Audi designers started scratching there cahoona's
