What fuel do you use in your GTI

Hi what fuel are you supposed to use in the mk1 gti, is it 95ron or 98+ron? What do people on here use and do you notice much difference?

I try to use Shell Optimax all the time, although I've used normal unleaded a few times and not noticed any difference.

It's been called V Power for quite a few years now

I use the Vpower too, never tried the normal stuff

i just bang in the normal unleaded stuff, not had any problems
