What front seats fit in a cabriolet?

I'm in need of some new front seats for my cabby, but theres not too many of them here in norway. So i'm wondering if seats from a regular mk1 will fit? I only need the front seats.

ok mk2 golf, scirocco and corrado are direct fit. mk1 tintop fit but the slide handles are on the wrong side. you can swap the handles on some seats, i made a guide. or just pop the pin with your finger when you want to slide them

g40 shape polo height adjust seats fit too, the non-adjust seats wont unless you bend the back legs. you can use pre-90 mk2 seat frames with the polo fabrics though

mk3 golf seats fit if you cut off one leg and reweld it further in, you can also strip the bases and fit them to 90spec mk2 gti seat frames for a direct fit. trouble is if you do that the fabrics will have holes for side tilt lever and the plastic tray on the side though if that bothers you

only certain seats will allow this mod, based on where the height adjust lever is.

and yeah only cabrio seats are direct fit, corrado seats have been modded to fit but not 100% sure how. anything else will requirte modding and/or trimming
