in my opinion depends on whether you are looking for a newer or older cabby, there's alot of cars out there with a little lower mileage for that sort of money, make sure you keep your eye on the for sale section on here

depends on how bad the rust is.

if it was rust free, then id say a bargin. So dont let it put you off go and view and see what you think.
Could still be a bargin, 12 moths ticket etc.
millage wouldnt worry me as long as it looks genuine and has service history.
