weber 45's

what do i need to put twin weber 45 carbs on a 1600 golf gti? thanks

To start with u need a right load of money for the fuel! I would have thought 40`s would be better on a 1600!

U need a set of carbs,an inlet manifold,a facet fuelpump or something similar,a twin linkage and acc cable,some fuelpipe,rampipes and sock filters for that oldskool rasp!

I used to have Lotus Sunbeams years ago,then i built a 205 with a Mi16 on twin 45`s,wish they could replicate that sound on modern day stuff!Not good for everyday though,at nearly £1.20 p/ltr!
