I disagree - that's an awesome piece of engineering, and still impresses me almost 30 years after it was built. I see he opted for the super-lairy 3.3L 911 turbo engine too, which is not for the fainthearted even in a 911.

All that, and it looks almost unchanged from the outside. My kind of car 8)

You are getting confused between the Sbarro and Norstadt conversions. The Norstadt is the widened body packing the 928 V8  :wink:

loi did think that after i posted it up.

Was one an actual VW project the 928 one and the other is a self build thing, I have it in a book somewhere about it about both i think thats why i got confused
