if the exhaust is wrong i'd start to question what else is wrong.
go have a look at it see if anything else has been fitted badly
think 2 grand is a bit steep personally. look round the front window for holes with filler in. (you can see the primer)

It had some home made bracket holding the injectors into the head to stop them coming out on boost. The bracket looked bodged. I walked away from it and was suprised to see it go for about ?1500 if I can remember right.
Unless its had a hole heap of money spent on it then I would say it was expensive at 2k
It did have an autocavan brake linkage upgrade to the servo which I remember well as I'd never seen one before.
