I'm guessing so, sure the original ones were badged up so.

Does look very tidy for the money - fair price - don't like the exhaust though!

would make a nice car but personally i'd have to get rid of that exhaust and spend a few days cleaning under the bonnet, looks a bit of a mess.

I saw a crinkly peanut tomorrow

exhuast is illegel and not off a mk1 (looks like a mk2 dtm style)

if the exhaust is wrong i'd start to question what else is wrong.

go have a look at it see if anything else has been fitted badly

think 2 grand is a bit steep personally. look round the front window for holes with filler in. (you can see the primer)

i'm pretty sure the original t-t conversions had a plate stamped next to the vin plate. if she's reasonably tidy and works o.k. then i think that's a cheap car.

I went to view this car when it was on ebay about 18 months ago. It lived just up the raod from me so I thought it was worth a look. I can easily remember it because the number plate was nearly identical to my own car at the time bar a couple of numbers. If I remember it was very scabby round the edges with a bodged paint job and the conversion didn't look original. The lad that owned admitted to having lots of problems with the engine.
It had some home made bracket holding the injectors into the head to stop them coming out on boost. The bracket looked bodged. I walked away from it and was suprised to see it go for about ?1500 if I can remember right.
Unless its had a hole heap of money spent on it then I would say it was expensive at 2k

It did have an autocavan brake linkage upgrade to the servo which I remember well as I'd never seen one before.
