Trying to track down 2 mk1 gti's

My mate had 2 of these a few years ago,both were mars red, first one was a series one reg number UCK ***V      second one was TRX ***Y,

sorry for the little info but if any one thinks they may know where  either of these are then i would be interested to know,

I can find out the numbers for the reg if that helps,

Have you searched the registers?

If you can get the full reg then the dvla website will tell you when they were last taxed. If they've not been taxed for a few years the chances are theyre in a field/barn or a scrap yard.
