Throttle Bodies or 45's

Hi,

Trying to decide to go down the ITBs route or 45's with my mk1 with a 16v kr. I love 45's for the old school bark, but have never had throttle bodies. Any experiences etc? Also anyone know a good supplier or part numbers for kits from jenvey etc?
