Thinking of Selling Rivage

Hi all

I was thinking of selling my stunning MK1 Rivage, have no idea what its worth, could anyone let me know what they think??

7 Previous owners, 1yrs mot, 6mths tax,

No marks anywhere on car, spotless, runs perfect, no faults at all

What a stunning looking car, why would you possibly want to sell.

It's worth what someone wants to pay for it.

Decide what you would like for it and advertise it at that price.

It has lots of mods from standard so that may alter what people are prepared to pay for it.

It's only worth what someone will pay for it.

Lhasa has hit the nail on the head it is far removed from the standard look of a Rivage.

That will put off some purists who would work out what the costs of returning to standard would be.

Unless you had the Origional Le castlette wheels, dash, knee bar, front twin light grille, rear lights, console, steering wheel, gear knob etc etc as part of the sale so the purchaser could return it to standard.


Although it's a nice looking car, would a standard GTI Cabby, with the same trim/finish be the same Value.

limited editions are pretty much that and their value lies in the originality of the limited numbers.

nice clean car...

i like it. But again as noted above purists looking for standard rivage may not want to pay the extra money perhpas you are looking for.

If i'd seen this before i got my sportline i may have been tempted! :-)

Message Kim on here, i can remember her exact user name but i am sure someone will post up, some one recently wrote of her rivage so i believe she is looking for one.

As said put it up for sale at what you would like for it and see if the phone rings, its the right weather for it so i would take it to some shows with for sale signs in the windows
