speakers for mk1 Golf GTi

Hi guys,

Ive been trying to find out how many speakers there are fitted to an original 1983 mk1 Golf GTi, I presume there are two front speakers mounted in the door cards?

I also had a mk2 Golf GTi with two rear mounted speakers, there arnt any in my mk1, is this standard? also what is the original speaker make?
