It's certainly gone way over the price guide if it's in condition D, which it seems to be.

Looks a very decent car for the year, and it came from Contim motors….same as my old 1978 steed 8)  COA 330V registered 1/8/1978…i checked on dvla earlier and the last time my one was taxed when i had it was 1995 :cry:  sadly i know where it is now though….the big vw parts bin in the sky as i broke it up…..wish i still had it…i would love another early mk1 gti 8)
