Small Bumper Question

Hi, just a quick question, hopefully one of you will be able to help me, I own a Series 1 Gti but its 1980 so its in the changeover period and its therfore on plastic bumpers, I have the oppertunity to make up a set of custom small metal bumpers, but the only thing stopping me at the moment is that I have no dimensions. So would it be possible for someone to give me some rough dimensions of a set, I just really am after the height, width and depth of the bumpers.
