Show us your Series 1's
Post up your favourite photo's of your series 1's.
It's coming up to the 40th Anniversary of the MK1 and I'm looking for some cool photo's to use for club art work.
Rules are simple you must own the photo and agree to the club reproducing it
if you don't agree post anyway but please say when you post that you don't want us to use the image
Cheers

My first mk1…
LHD GLS, bought for £300 in 1998 (I was 15) I had it for 2 years but it ended up being scrapped due to dodgy welding repairs by a previous owner. I added the BBS spoiler and 13" BBS wheels. I can remember removing the BBS kit off a Mk1 in the scrapyard and the wheels came off a Mk1 Jetta that was in there too.
