The seller was harking on about the increase price of steel these days although its gone down 10-15% in last 3 months.
I want to call him out on this bluff and sort it out!

Offer the bloke £200… I paid £300 for my Mk1, because it had a decent stereo and a set of P slots on it, otherwise I wouldve paid £200.

dont scrap it….strip it , metal round my way £170 per tonne, stripped out if its all there u looking at over £500+ :mrgreen:
