ive just sold my car, im so gutted, never before when selling a car have i felt so sick, i miss it already so much.

on the plus side the guy who bought it, a young chap from milton keynes seems a really nice guy and i just know he's going to continue looking after it and make it an absolute stunner, so wish hm all the best

That is sad mews mate but you've been trying to shift it for ages so you should have mixed emotions really. You gonna get another MK1 and I hope you told him about the site?

What are your plans now? Another MK1, or something else?

Are you still into mk1's then or going for something more modern?

That's a shame mate.  But I guess if you didn't want to sell it you wouldn't have put it up for sale!  (Bit rich coming from me, cue Debs….. )

well its been up for 2 months, first month just on here and ed38 as feelers then put it on pistonheads 3 weeks ago, the only reason i had to sell it is because i need the money to help with a new business venture im doing in the new year, and it helps with the initial costs. absolutely i told him bout the site! eventually i will own another mk1, already saw a potential project for a full resto, so if its cheap enuf it cud go into storage for a later date to do up. i will never go for a new car, zero personality in them. atm im just using a mk2 polo as a run around, so ill bring that to the meets, its still a vw at least, lol
