Rat-look cabbys, do they exist?

Hi, I've been looking for this for a while, and I've looked through hundreds of pages with pics of golfs, but so far I've only found this photo:

I think it looks great, and I'd love to see more. So if you have any pics, I'd love to see them!

I'm Norwegian, so my English isn't the best!

Pretty cool, thats the fist ive seen. Id definitly like to see some more too.

That roofrack ´s a good idea, you could put anything up there nd just reach it from underneath, cant be easy to put the top up though

There was a clipper at santa pod that had been painted to look like rust, everything was done even the clipper kit was rusty!

Quite cool but not my taste.

Thanks, that would be awesome! And ye, from the one pic I've managed to find, it looks great. I'm considering this myself, cause I can't afford a paint job, and I've always loved the rat look :)

it does look tempting in those pics, with a perfect roof, set of BBS and detailed engine bay, but all the rest rat, could look sweet

why would you take a nice looking car and make it look dump?

It's effectively paint mixed with iron filings. Then a solution to cause the rust to speed up.

Would look different on say a engine. Nice 16v on carbs but the whole lot rusty. Lol total opposite to scene queens.
