Original stickers

I am(slowly) restoring my mk1, before the respray I removed every sticker, tyre pressure, fuel type etc…

The only one I could not remove and save so I could put it back on was the rear 'paper' sticker in the boot, with the colour and options listed.
This will now have been removed for spraying, and will be in a thousand little bits.
Does anybody have a picture of a similar sticker (with hight and width)
And I will see if I can get one made.
The option code for a campaign will also be needed if poss  :)

Can anybody help

 :dontknow:

Thanks  :D

mine was stuck fast to the rear panel as well when i changed my rear panel .

sprayed it for about 20 mins with glass cleaner ,the blue type and peeled it straight off .
might be worth a try .may be able to give you the measurements of mine .dont think i can get a good enough picture for the lettering style though .

good luck

…and if that doesn't work, try looking at this page:

http://www.golf1cabriolet.com/identification.php?page=identification

It has a sample sticker (French version I'm afraid), and there's a link to the option codes (aptly called "codes options").

Thanks for the link, love the pics of the various cabs.

The sticker picture is spot on, just need the campaign options codes.

Any body got the link to the thread a while back covering this subject?

Ta!
