Need some help from a Chesterfield / Derbyshire area member

I need someone to collect the wheel and ship it to me!
Can anyone out there Near the Chesterfield, Derbyshire area help a mk 1 brother out. PAYPAL waiting because I don't expect anyone to work for free (I don't  )

(I lost a centercap last year and can't find one anywhere, So I bought the whole wheel)

Mk1jim was going to help me out with this, but he has fallen off the radar…. hopefully no ill has befallen him

If its any help, I've used this company to ship items to Europe and America, they're just an agent and mostly seem to use DHL, but they've always come up cheapest for us:

where is the number on the gold ring ?  
 the numbers i can see are on the black plastic  are …09.23.117  and  09.23.221  .
 i'm not to  sure about pulling it apart

Some of the guys on VWVORTEX suggested just mailing the wheel using the local UK postal service. :?
I am not in a hurry to get it (it will be May month before the snow is melted over here), but I would like it to arrive in one piece. Check it at your leisure sir!
