Need some advice on paint please :)
Hi All,
Im currently rebuilding my Mk1 Cabby GTI and need some advice or tips and hints on what product would be best to use to paint my head on an 1800 8V.
I would like it to go silver and not too fussed if its glossy or Matt finish i just want it to look fresh!
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! thanks
Matt

This is a good read if your detailing mate:
The Mk1 Golf Owners Club
I've also heard good things about vapour blasting aluminium parts, they come out factory fresh but it leaves them in the raw.
