eBay is good for all the different styles, they're about ?7 or ?8 on there incl p&p.

Alternately, my friend sells them from his stall, and the matching shoulder bags, keyrings, etc, and will be at VWAction and Vanfest.  He's at www.retrowagen.com

I've got one of the keyrings too, TBH they're a bit too chunky but I use them for my spare keys so it's alright.
