Mk1 Racing team colours?

Did the Vw factory ever run the MK1 in any form of motorsport in the 80's? If so what was the colour scheme?? Gettin a MK1 Caddyrunaround for my Vw based business n can't find any race based MK1 factory schemes anywhere!?!?  :dontknow:

could try the gulf colours,pale blue and orange.someone on here had one, collo ?very nice too

not really jus want something more official VAG. Winner at mo is the 80's quattro colour scheme..!

No, that was the VWMS rally car. This pic is of the Junior Cup series

Thanx, there are some kool designs in there especially liked this one seein how I own 4 T25 vans this week..



Any opinions on doing a Caddy pick up this style n sittin on G60's or old skool alloys as a rally support vehicle? Jus going to resto a white caddy and use vinyl so I can change it every year or so…

That vid reminds me of the Midlands meet blasting down the M5! Or of Bert offering a free tune & service for the first one back to his place after the annual meet!
