Mk1 Fan
Hi guys
so i thought I was a mk1 fan, until I found this forum….this is hard core mk1 religion!!!
it's great and I'm really enjoying it. I wish I was involved in the scene when I lived in the UK…it's awesome!
I've got a citi golf (pics posted under new folks) and I've been spending all my extra pennies enhancing it over the past 2 years - my plan is to get a place with a garage - and then get it in to better than new condition….needless to say I will keep you posted!
well the bottom line is - you guys have inspired me to keep working on my mk1!! 8)

i just read a letter in the Golf+ mag - apparently you guys can order SA parts like tail lights etc from your local VW dealers as long as you have the part numbers…thought that info may be helpful for guys with citi golfs in the UK !

thanks - good to know.
I like the golf in your signature - saw one that looks the same in a Golf magazine - (with a vr6 motor in) - is it the same car?
