Need a Mk1 part

Hello all, I am looking to get a parcel shelf for a Mk1 GTi hardtop. It's proving really difficult. The car is a show car so ideally I'd like a new, or very well loved shelf. To further compound my difficulty, I live in Lincolnshire, but the car lives in Dublin, Ireland (it may be joining you on your tour!). If anyone has suggestions or advice, it would be greatly appreciated!

The Mk1 belongs to my Dad  :$  I currently have a Mk IV TDi, which Im looking to change..the insurance on a classic would kill me  :(
