Just An Idea.......

I saw a French MK1 website that was really detailed and contained loads of original press images of the mk1. Luckily I can speak a bit of the lingo so I understood most of it, but it gave me the idea for this website

On there was a simple map of all the regions in France and approximately how many mk1s there were in that region.

Surely the same could be done for the UK, and when you click on a region, it would show the members within that region. I dont reckon it would be that difficult and would certainly make it easier for everyone to check where other owners are situated at a glance.

sounds good if you`re stealing cars to order, that site would save a lot of recon work.

Do they bother doing that with Mk1s?  They're worth pittance compared to other classics.. would hardly seem worth the effort.
