I've got these - same story 150 quid and came within 2 days!

They seem to be ok quality but make sure you cover them in chain wax to preserve them - but even the best coilovers still corrode given our roads.

The ride is fine. I had spax lowered 40mm kit before and when that was new the ride was equally harsh over big bumps.  It's nice and firm on good roads and I'd say for the money you can't go wrong.  I emailed the guy 2 or 3 times before buying them and he said they have a full warranty if there's any probs.

Duct tape above and below where the collar is set at the height you want then cover the threads in wax oil or chain lube is best

Castrol Chain Wax I found to be the best.  Grease was just pushed away as you wind the collars but chain wax remained in the threads themselves.
I covered the whole thread in chain was before assembly and then gave another coat when the car height was set up just to the threads around that height.
I also smeared the few threads around that height in grease and wrapped in clingfilm and duct-tape too.  I thing it will need a re-coat every 6 months or so depending on use and road conditions.

NB - chain wax and chain lube are very different. Wax is sticky but lube is a cross between engine oil and WD40 viscosity.

better using chain wax and waxoyl rather that covering the threads with something such as duct tape  as water will get in behind tape and rot away quite happily without you being able to see it.

get ready to replace your tyres and ball joints 2 or 3 times more often than with non coilovers

Guess what arrived at work today!!!! I only paid for them on monday, now thats quick delivery. 8O  They look pretty good quality. And yes I did that childish thing of pretending that they were on the car and sitting real low on my chair at work making the sounds as if I was driving! Ha, my mate thought I was an absolut lune! :D
