Is it possible to swap the gubbings of a passenger seat to drivers seat as I have a worn bolster on my drivers seat and two good passenger ones

Is it hard to do and very involved or is it simple

Fairly straight forward the only issue you will have is the seat tilt lever will be in the wrong side if you are just swapping over the backs. You should be able to use the existing cable and lever from the drivers seat and have a lever on both sides.

You will need to unstitch-restitch the cloth to the vinyl due to the cut out for the backrest release.
