  the cat is vlue and hes 18 years old and still a good mouser

Get a picture of the offending hole, get a letter together and send it in. The council should provide the upkeep of the roads to a satisfactory level.

Also, phone in as though you are trying to report it as a concerned person and ask if its already been done and when. If you can get the information out of them, it will strengthen you case no end because they already know of the defect and haven't at least patched it up as a temporary measure.

it will take about 4-6 months to get your money back, friend of mine has just claimed.

yeah freind of mine done this aswell.it does work but takes time to get any cash from councils :dontknow:

ill deduct it from my council tax im pretty sure that will get a reaction  :mrgreen:

bet they say that comes under a different dept and if you dont pay you will be liable to custodial sentence lol, prepare for months of this
