I must be mad!

Just getting ready to get the train to skegness from North Wales to buy a 1.5 GX.

The trip is gonna take 5 hrs 10 mins.

Hopefully be there ten minutes buying the car as its me way home!

And then a good few hours driving back hoping it will make it.

Will fill you in on how it goes an post some pics of my new toy!

i did the same. Leeds to Brighton on the train on the day the underground flooded. Then a nice long drive home. Took me 12 hours in total.

good luck mate,i thought a 2 hour journey was a long haul.

Bloody e-bay,got a lot to answer for.
Sold more travel sickness pills and travel sweets than anything else.

been back about an hour having got lost round lincoln somewhere.

Its not as tidy as it looks in the pics but drived well on the motorway and never missed a beat.

I went up to Scotlaand from London to buy my Golf, well worth it she is too.
