Please help me. Tried heating it up I get a tiny bit then snap. Tried scraping off but takes ages and ages, really don't know what to do I've spent about 6 hours and done 10 cm! The gluteus of the problem it's the vynal with it being so old and brital. Any ideas or past experiences greatly appreciated. Thanks Kevin

12" grinder? Lol
Acatone, not sure if it will effect the paint tho? I know if soaked it will soften vynals and plastics etc. use at your peril!

Those toffee wheels are good but not sure if they would shift the rear screen decal? If you do use it to success let me know as I have the same task to do! Lol

heat gun (paint stripper type) with a stiff plastic scraper that wont damage paint then Isopropanol to shift the adhesive.

chortle i have ordered a toffee wheel off ebay. I´m going to have a go this weekend if it arrives on time. I will keep you all posted on how this goes. Looks like a great device though even if it just removes the glue afterwards its not money wasted.
Thanks for the great advice if it doesnt work ill try the heat gun method after.

I removed mine with a quality heat gun (heat shrink/paint type) and it didnt even damage the paint! You might need to remove the glass to get the last bits out.

Wouldn't of been much fun. Especially if you'd blistered your paint by accident…
