How much weight?

just wondering how much people have carried in their golfs, i'm currently landscaping my back yard and the other day i went to b and q's and  managed to get 20 bags of sand in.  I always wantedto get my gti lowered :wink:  seriously though i'm thinking ofgetting another car as my runaround and taking the golf off the road for a bit more dedicated restoration
