help! puddles in my beautiful rivage footwells

Can anyone advise me? have large amounts of water coming into passenger footwells, no visible leak from the roof (its quite new). even when i dont drive it its flooding in!  
Any help would be greatly appreciated

open the bonnet and look between the windscreen and the rubber seal towards the engine.

there is a rubber bung either side, 1 will have the washer jet pipe running through, remove the crap in them.
