heater problems

for some reason i cant get hot air to blow through the main blower.Hot air will blow through the window de mist and foot well but not the main does anyone have any ideas thanks

If your refering to the face vents on the dashboard, i think there fresh air in only.

Yep, fresh air vents only. Only will ever blow unheated air.
