gti mk1 refurbishing

would like your help to upgrade my Mk1 GTI 1600 which I collected from Wolfsberg in 1982 and still going strong with 160,000 km on the clock.
After an accident I had replaced the front wings anf front panel with imitation parts which have now rusted through. I do not think that original parts are still available and would like your advise re the best aftermarket panels which are currently available.
I also require two front springs preferably original or best available which would get the car back to the original factory ride height and stiffness. The springs I presently have are slightly higher and much stiffer which makes the rear break away with little provocation, not the easiest car to drive fast on a wet road. The rear coils are new and factory supplied. I have new Konis all round.
I lost the  GTI emblem on the front grille, this was red on black, unlikely orginals still available, however would rather have a good imintation than nothing.
Upholstery of drivers seat needs redoing. Red on black Cloth, from  where can I buy the material.

Thanks for your help. Front wings original and front panel are on the way. Should have them later this week.
Still stuck on the front springs as I do not have the originals and do not know the colour code. The rears have two white rings, could I find  the color code for the fronts on ths info alone. I have a part number Feder 171.411.105j 952 which I do not know what part it refers to. The rears I think were part No. 531.511.105 A/952. I am not too sure about that.
Chassis Number 17BW 724794  Type 172 332 Engine Number335180.
