grease monkey.

Just spent the morning changing my oil and filter… first time I've done anything mechanical with a car.

My new oil is cleeeean.  Is it just mental, or am i right in thinking the car is now running a bit smoother? purring nicely on idle etc.??

I had a bit of spare time, as I don't start work till 4, so i took off my front offside wheel and arch and fixed my aerial back into place.  Very minimal rust under my sportline arches, which obviously I was delighted about.

Picking up a fuel filter tomorrow, then gonna order a filler pipe and kit off crazy quiff and set about fixing my rusty pipe.

Anyway, just a wee bit about my day, and how chuffed I am with my wee black banger and happy i am fixing her up.

Hope you're all having a nice day!

Tones.

cabriaulait and everyone else, what's the best way to clean the tank once I've changed the filler pipe?
