fuel lines.

Where can I buy new fuel lines for my 1.8 GTI cab (dx) ?

Many thanks, and sorry if this is in the wrong section.

P.S. Get ready for the return of Project Dreamboat.

can get em flared practically anywhere that sells brake lines bullseye, gsf, anything like that. n can just use normal petrol hose clips n high pressure rubber petrol hose, to connect to existing sections. can get upto like 20bar hoses n clips.

Sorry to hijack the thread a little but can anyone tell me what diameter the fuel lines are for a gti I'm in a similar position it seems and pretty sure you could buy the tools to flare the lines aswell as everything needed cheaper than cqs. Just looking at some cheap flaring kit on eBay. Chances are it'd break 1st use though

im pretty sure theyre between 5 and 6mm the gti ones. i know for a valver you really need to use 8mm as thats what ive got.

i am looking for the flexi braided lines, from metering head to…..other side of bay somewhere :)

Anyone in need of copper brake/fuel lines, get coppernickel from….ebay? for like a £10 and a wee pipe flaring and cutting tool.

Fun, and rewarding.  Check my resto to see the "fun" i had redoing my rear brake lines.

ANy suggestions on braided flexi fuel lines?

Thanks
