Feeling like a part of me is missing....

Well, its been a while and I have sold my Mk1 and I hate to say it, but, its the worst thing I have ever done, even worse than when I parted company with my mk2 valver :(

I am now on the hunt for my next project and have decided I wont make the same mistake again!

Moral of the story…DON'T sell you mk1 when you know even when the guy is picking it up its the wrong thing to do.

At the moment its AGM in the Passat smoker  8O

You have been warned guys and galls ;)

me too.

Bought it in 1994 I think, so this year will be our 17th anniversary together! I'll have to look up the actual date - Should be on the Reg cert…

Sold an alpine white driver when I was 18….. regretted it ever since.  At some point I can see my green one not getting through an MOT and I may have to break her…. but never getting rid of my silver one  8O … that would crush me  8O

The only saving grace with the one i sold was it was just a stepping stone in mk1 ownership - I learnt a hell of alot so the next one should be easier!

But there is so few original Mk1's out there I'm starting to think it may take some time to find one!
