Feeler: Coco Chanel WHITE scala tye wheels ORIGINAL

Iv managed to aquire a set of white scala alloys which im lead to believe are off coco chanel ed cabs??

they are in really good nick, theyv been in boxes in a agrage for 8 or 9 years, all they need is a polish and a re laquer from what iv seen theres no curb marks just where the laquer is bubbled slightly. (i bought them and put them into my own garage!) i bought them not knowing what they were "your into VWs, iv got some wheels in my garage off a mk1 if you want to buy them?"

What would they be worth??

If you have a set in A1 condition then you may get something for them but to be honest they are pretty thick on the ground and not worth much.

i COULD ONLY FIND 1 SET ON EBAY.

they are going to be priceless if the are wheels made by channel,cc stands for Christmas collection,but if they are a good set with only a coat of lacquer needed,someboby will pay around the hundred pound mark,i would have thought. :dontknow:

not much but if they are worthless too much!

There's always a good debate on the CC Cabs.

The AVUS wheel also fitted to the Scirocco SCALA where standrad fitment to many cabs - white were fitted to most white cabs (there were 13 colours) from '84.

They are worth decent money if really good/mint - average is about ?100 I'd say.

iv seen red green blue and now white, but never really seen any others!

I tried to avoid the whole CC or is it CC debate as it's a dead really end and doesn't amount to owt.

haha me and electrics! BAAAAD move! he's home most weekend thankfully- i miss him too much when he's away!

But yeh sounds good, got loads of niggly bits to sort in Madame too like a rattly door card and a broken window winder handle and loose dash trays - the list goes on! deffo up for that.
