Did anyone buy a 1981 1.5 golf cabby from me 10 yr ago?

Bit of a long shot this one but i'll give it a shout.

Reg: HSP 234W (Probably changed but could be scrapped)
VIN: 15A0804300
Model: 1.5 silver cabby with clipper kit

Sold to an experienced mechanic in the glasgow area in 2000
Car was stripped but last i knew he had plans for a vr6 implant

Just had a clear up and found a whole lot of history for the car and so just wanted to ask.
I'll not hold ma breath  :?
